Hi all!

I thought I might take this opportunity to talk more in detail about my plans for this particular story and what people can expect!

Due to the nature of books where the only way to visually advertise them is to share the cover, I decided after posting Daughter of the Sea that I would start creating full-page illustrations for each chapter (DotS in particular only had one full-page illustration at the end, with the three other illustrations being present inbetween the text itself). I felt that looked nicer visually, and helped act as a 'summary' of sorts for each chapter so it reminds you what happened in that specific chapter! I also wanted to do this as for viewers, seeing the same cover all the time in promo posts may get a little dull.

Once these illustrations (a planned total of 10) are complete, I will be uploading the manuscript to Amazon as well as a paperback & hardcover. The length of a book can affect its price (the physical paperback of DotS is 9.99 USD to make up for printing costs), but I would like to make the price of the paperback 16.99 USD and the hardcover 24.99 USD. Please know this is not set in stone and could be lower/higher when officially available. I will do what I can to remain true to the original price if I can!

Don't forget that you can read the first two chapters for free! Free chapters is something I intend to do with future projects as well if they don't qualify as a short story/novelette and in turn, the word count is below 10k.

Finally, I added to the itchio page for SV that it is indeed set in the same universe as AVIS., which I would like to remake at some point. I did have a different project in mind I'd like to start (also set in the same universe as both stories) but I may work on AVIS. instead. It simply depends on how I feel, really! Both of these projects are also Visual Novels btw and it may be a while until I get to the actual book that started this entire universe in the first place. I am very intent on finishing that particular book and hope to share it with everyone before next year!
